Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Welcome from our principal

Welcome to Griffith North Public School!

As the Principal, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to our vibrant and supportive school community. At Griffith North Public School, we are committed to fostering a learning environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their very best.

Our core values of Care, Respect, and Responsibility guide everything we do. We believe that nurturing kindness and empathy helps build strong relationships among students, staff, and families. Respect for ourselves, others, and our environment creates a positive and safe space for learning, while responsibility encourages our students to take ownership of their actions and their learning journey.

We hold high expectations for all members of our school community. We strive to challenge and inspire our students to reach their full potential through rich and engaging learning experiences. Griffith North Public School is proud to offer High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) opportunities that cater to the unique strengths and talents of our learners, ensuring every child is supported to excel.

Inclusion is at the heart of our approach. We celebrate diversity and work hard to provide equitable access to education for all students. Our dedicated staff collaborate closely with families to create tailored learning plans that meet individual needs, fostering a sense of belonging and confidence.

Thank you for being part of Griffith North Public School. Together, we will continue to build a community where care, respect, responsibility, and excellence thrive.

Warm regards,
Susan Bourne
